When your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link (if tracking is provided by the courier). You can use this link to follow your parcel’s progress until delivery.

6. What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

First, check the tracking link in your email and see if there are any updates from the courier. If the tracking looks unusual or hasn’t updated for several days, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll investigate.

Product & Usage

1. How do I know which padel racket weight is right for me?

As a general guideline, lighter rackets offer more control and are easier on the arm, while heavier rackets provide more power. Beginners usually feel more comfortable with a light to medium-weight racket. Product pages will include recommended player levels to help you choose.

2. What’s the difference between round, teardrop, and diamond padel rackets?

Round rackets focus on control and a larger sweet spot, teardrop rackets balance control and power, and diamond-shaped rackets prioritise power for more advanced players. Our product descriptions explain which shape suits which style of player.

3. How often should I replace my overgrip?

It depends on how often you play and how much you sweat. Many players change their overgrip every few sessions to maintain a secure, comfortable hold. If it feels slippery, worn, or too thin, it’s time for a new one.

4. Can I use tennis balls instead of padel balls?

We don’t recommend it. Padel balls are designed specifically for the smaller court, glass walls, and typical bounce of padel. Tennis balls can change the tempo of the game and may feel too lively or heavy.

5. How should I care for my padel racket?

Avoid leaving it in very hot or cold environments, don’t store it in direct sunlight, and try not to hit the floor or glass with the frame. Using a frame protector and storing your racket in a padel bag will also help extend its life.

6. Do you sell equipment for beginners as well as advanced players?

Yes. We aim to stock a range of products for all levels—from beginner-friendly rackets and basic accessories to more technical gear for experienced players. Each product will note its recommended level where possible.

7. How do I choose the right padel bag size?

Think about how much you usually carry. If you only bring one racket and a few essentials, a smaller bag or backpack is enough. If you carry multiple rackets, shoes, clothes, and accessories, a larger multi-compartment padel bag will suit you better. Our product descriptions highlight capacity and compartments.

8. What should I do if I’m unsure whether a product is right for me?

You’re always welcome to ask us before you buy. Send an email to [email protected] with the product link and a short description of your level and playing style, and we’ll give you honest, personalised advice.
